The role of IT Support Technician is to provide initial first and second line support for PCs, Servers and Networking with at least 2 years experience within a similar based role. Junior positions are also available. Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 / 2008 is essential together with TCP/IP, Active Directory/Group Policy. Microsoft and Cisco certification is an advantage. The candidate needs to be a good problem solver / fault finding, client focused and a team player.
A clean driving licence is essential.
